NyGuard IGR Concentrate is an insect growth regulator used to control fleas, roaches (cockroaches) and many other listed pests. Very small amounts of this IGR are needed to stop insects from maturing into adults. Without reproducing adults, the pest population is greatly reduced.
Nyguard can be used alone or mixed with contact insecticides.
Nyguard can be used as a spray or fog.

Apply NyGuard as a diluted spray or ULV/fogger to
prevent eggs, larvae and nymphs from maturing
into reproductive adults. Apply NyGuard in combination
with a non-IGR adulticide to knockdown and kill
existing adult populations while breaking the cycle
of your toughest insect pests.
Effects of NyGuard on different stages of insect pests:
Insect eggs that come into contact with Nyguard usually die.
Effects of NyGuard on Larval and Nymphal Stages of Insects:
*larvae and nymphs are "stuck" in that stage of their life; fewer develop to next stage.
*If they manage to develop into adults, they will be sterile adults
*Larvae and nymphs that come into contact with Nyguard have increased susceptibility to contact insecticides.
*Over-all health and fitness is reduced.
Pupa stage (insects with complete metamorphosis; fleas, moths, beetles, ants, wasps, flies, midges, mosquitoes, gnats):
*Pupae which come into contact with NyGuard are far less likely to survive.
*Far less chance of fully developing.
*Produce fewer eggs.
*Egg viability is greatly reduced.
